I spearheaded and mentored the EMEA Jordan team to generate a revenue of $840M in turnover and 3x business expansion in 3 years. I defined, developed, and executed Nike Football vision & goals for Spain, Portugal, and Italy to generate a revenue of $350M in turnover while doubling the business in 3years. I also managed SE portfolio of Clubs (FC. Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, InterMilano, ASRoma), which includes: ◾ Retail: Developed a fleet of doors in different Tiers to manage the club's retail business. ◾ Licensing: Developed product and managed all licensing business of Nike SE Football Clubs. ◾ Digital: Managed e-commerce business in collaboration with in-house or external partners. ◾ Marketing: Developed marketing campaigns for brand awareness and maximized revenue growth.
I managed the profit and loss account for ZARA WOMEN footwear and handbags by launching and spearheading the e-commerce platform with an excellent success rate. Achievements: ◾ Increased the shares from 4% to 12% and generated over €687 million revenue. ◾ Developed and spearheaded the Head Office team of 88 employees. ◾ Managed 1422 stores in 78 countries.
