Implementation of the European Hydrogen Industrial Strategy at the North-European Level - Ensuring the proper Organizational Model is implemented - Assets and future investments follow-up - Coordination with Global Procurement to secure future investments ramp-up Developing and implementing solutions for various customer projects concerning hydrogen for mobility applications in the Benelux and the Nordics. Specialized in large hydrogen supply solutions for heavy-duty applications (trucks and buses), electrolysis production, and gaseous/liquid hydrogen supply chain development. - Supporting the development of the heavy-duty Hydrogen Refueling Stations network to decarbonize the heavy-duty market. - Optimization of the gaseous and liquid hydrogen supply chains to reduce the final TCO. - Collaborating with Air Liquide R&D on new developments to stimulate and develop the hydrogen economy.
Continuous improvement management. - Management of capital, 6-sigma and scale-up projects, prioritization and management of building budget. - Installation of a new batch mixer with a budget of €2.5 million, generating additional yearly sales of €20 million. - R&D 100 award for the DOWSIL™ EI-2888 Primerless Silicone Encapsulant project. - Worked on a lean 6-sigma project on a constrained asset in order to deliver up to 50% additional capacity in less than a year, resulting in more than €10 million additional yearly sales . I'm also responsible for the plant budget portfolio, prioritizing the key projects with the site leadership team. This represents a portfolio of around $6.5 million/year. As an economic evaluator, I perform NPV financial analysis for new commercial products and capital projects.
