A senior L&D professional with a strong consulting background and extensive experience of designing, commissioning and delivering programs supporting leadership excellence and business transformation My focus in my global corporate roles has been on facilitating workshops and coaching leaders to build successful, resilient and innovative teams. The railway has tens of thousands of visitors annually and. as a Host, my role involves helping to bring its story to life, while ensuring that visitors travel safely in the context of Covid restrictions.
