I used to be a Revolution Pi customer - I built the European availability monitoring system for hydrogen filling stations on it. In 2021, I switched sides and joined KUNBUS to work on the platform itself. Today, I lead engineering for Revolution Pi. My team works on everything from Linux kernel drivers and hardware design to end-of-line testing and embedded systems. We upstream our work, contribute to the kernel, and build industrial-grade hardware that runs on open-source software - no vendor lock-in, no proprietary black boxes. I believe open source isn’t just for servers and smartphones. It belongs in factories, on DIN rails, and inside industrial controllers. The industry is slowly catching on, and we’re helping push that forward. When I’m not in front of a terminal, I’m probably on a bike or behind a camera.
