Responsible for the purchasing and routing for all international traffic generated within KPN terminated to both fixed and mobile networks as well as the purchasing, routing and pricing for international wholesale minutes (500M€).
Responsible for the purchasing and routing for traffic to most important European destinations and Asia, as well as the purchasing, routing and pricing for traffic towards these destinations.
Responsible for transforming a paper oriented warehouse into a fully equipped data warehouse system organized environment. The warehouse of KPN at that time had 30.000 different products and 9.000 pick orders per day. In total 150 people worked hard to get this daily job done.
