With over 28 years of experience I consider myself an Executive with extensive technical/managerial skills in the fields of Quality, Operations and General Management achieved in Companies with an international scope, leaders in the Automotive and Fashion/Luxury sectors, across contexts and cultures of wide diversity. I have consolidated experience in Business Management, Organization & Change Management , Strategic Planning & Execution, Customer Experience, Leadership & People Empowerment. My mission is to deliver the highest level of Customer Experience to reach the Brand's loyalty, while reducing non-quality and warranty costs, optimizing operational processes and workflows, implementing quality standards and methods, controlling P&L, and mitigating risks. I achieve this by listening to the Customer's needs, investing in people and product innovation, maintaining the right balance between cost, quality, and time-to-market, and empowering cross-functional teams to make decisions and drive continuous improvement. I believe in the Results Driven Management approach as a driver for both successful business and people empowerment.
