My role in Retronix Semiconductor is to manage the finance function of Retronix Semiconductor Ireland. My tasks are Preparation of monthly management accounts with month end reports and balance sheet reconciliations, Monthly presentation of management accounts with supporting variance analysis to directors of the company in UK and America, Consolidation of Irish and American monthly management accounts for internal reporting; Management of accounts receivable and payable; Preparation of weekly cashflow and discussion of cash position with management of the Company; Responsible for budget and forecasting process of the company; Review and approval of timesheets for US and Irish employees on our online time management system; Preparation and administration of monthly payroll; Preparation, review and issuing of monthly sales invoices; Management of multi currency bank accounts, preparation of bank reconciliations, payment of suppliers by online banking, cheque payments and allocation of payments and receipts to suppliers and customers accounts; Completion and payment of VAT 3, P30, and corporation tax returns through ROS; Preparation of audit files and liaising with external auditors; Responsible for the successful implementation of internal controls and processes and improvement of same;
