As a Food Safety and Quality TS, I'm dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in the delivery of fresh produce. My responsibilities include ensuring product freshness and quality through pickface checks, robust quality systems management (HACCP, PRP, and regular glass/fabrication audits), comprehensive quality testing, shelf-life analysis, and conducting thorough supplier and store visits.
I am a Head Coach at Bounce Gymnastics, the gymnastics I coach is recreational. I have a level 1 WAG British gymnastics qualification. My roll involves managing kids and my own groups to ensure they are learning and developing gymnastics skills, I also find ideas online to make the classes more fun by doing my own research on gymnastics drills. I coach kids and teens from ages 3-19. I myself started as a gymnast here and continue to love my sport by coaching.
I undertook my 8 months of COOP education with Lir Chocolates as a QA assistant. This was a compulsory part of my degree in Food Science and Health. I gained valuable experience during my time as a Quality Assistant at Lir Chocolates.
I worked part time at Mace Maxol Staholmog, I managed a till and also worked in the deli. I had many jobs in this roll such as following opening and closing procedures, customer management and also ensuring the shop was well stocked.
