Kilkenny, County Kilkenny, Ireland
I am an Account Manager at ClubZap, where I have the privilege of working with sports clubs and organisations across Ireland, the UK and internationally, helping them make the most of technology to strengthen their communities, improve communication, and streamline club operations. My role is all about building strong relationships, understanding our customers’ needs, and ensuring they get real value from the platform. Before moving into account management, I built a foundation in visual arts and graphic design, which helped develop my creativity, attention to detail, and ability to see things from different perspectives. I still bring that creative mindset into my work every day, whether it's finding solutions, communicating ideas, or helping customers achieve their goals. I’m a people person at heart. Building relationships, working closely with customers and colleagues, and helping people achieve their goals is what energises me most. I pride myself on being an excellent communicator who can connect with a wide range of people, whether it’s in a boardroom, on a Zoom call, or on the sideline of a sports pitch. One of the biggest reasons I enjoy my role so much is the team around me. ClubZap is filled with talented, supportive, and genuinely amazing people who make coming to work every day something I look forward to. Outside of work, you'll usually find me involved in sport, volunteering with my local basketball club, pottering in the garden or dabbing in my photography hobby. While I wouldn't describe myself as the next Annie Leibovitz, I do enjoy chasing that perfect shot.
