Managed and implemented the launch of the IZOD brand into Europe from concept design, prototyping and fixture production to Shop-in-Shop installations within the wholesale business across Europe. • Translating the North American IZOD concept design into European requirements/regulations. • Tendering the concept design. • Cost Management on concept and materials. • Budget management and conducting m2 analysis. • Managed all stakeholders internally and externally. • Onboarding general contractors for shop design implementation.
Part of the Project Management team to migrate the existing purchase order platform to the new SAP platform for 70+ users, through making the process compliant and efficient. Manage the Project Coordinator and ensure key responsibilities are carried out and to provide on going training to further develop their role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Currently, a Super User to implement SAP and a new User Interface to be utlised company wide. - Executing 200 SIS projects per year on average within the Germany Plus Region. - Managing the annual country budget for the year. - Plan the initial layout according to the given sqm/restrictions/concept requirements and review with design management. - Managing relationships with the Tommy Hilfiger Country Manager/VM Manager to assure efficient cooperation and assessing the SIS needs of the Germany plus Region. - Validate quotations and compare costing’s across the Projects and maintain overall Budget. - Ensure the SIS Stocked Fixtures and Visual Collateral are considered on every project. - Ensure vendors/installers are executing company concept at the highest level. - Assist the SIS Manager implementing team process and improvements. - Resolve and follow through any snagging issues on all projects. - Train new team members and assist in managing Interns and temporary workers.
Responsible for managing the execution of Shop in Shop projects from their respective initialisation through to completion (final inspection). I currently manage Shop in Shop projects in the following countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and the Czech Republic.
