I am Senior Associate specialising, over the past 15 years, in high-net-worth financial remedy proceedings for both married and unmarried couples, including maintenance, pension sharing, complex division of family business assets and property division. I am increasingly sought after by business owners to assist with the division of assets on divorce and separation. I have been particularly successful in round-table meetings early in the disclosure process, which assists clients to narrow the issues and work towards an agreement that they are both content with and assists by saving costs and leads to a satisfactory and speedier outcome than protracted litigation. My specialisms also extend to Schedule 1 Children Act financial applications. My team work hard to provide None Conflict Dispute Resolution (NCDR) options in all cases to avoid lengthy and protracted litigation.
