Founding executive — built product development from zero in a greenfield luxury-EV venture (€300M+ business case & CAPEX). • Founded the product-development organization, governance model and processes. • Key decision-maker on platform architecture, supplier strategy and industrialization roadmap. • Recruited the leadership team; transitioned to Aston Martin as the program was paused at corporate level.
