Responsible for playing a proactive role in setting the strategic agenda in Talent, OD & Learning. Analysing data and trends to make recommendations and develop solutions that meet business needs. This includes talent acquisition, culture change, succession planning, leadership assessment and development.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and the effective operation of HR function in the UK, Russia and Netherlands a truly generalist role, covering the full employee lifecycle. Leading a team of five HR professionals.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong working partnerships with client groups to understand their people priorities, support talent development and work proactively with leaders to provide value added business focused HR solutions and guidance. Provide full range of generalist HR advice and support including recruitment, employee relations, talent development.
Role covered a range of HR disciplines - recruitment, career development, performance management, employee relations, the provision of rewards and benefits, managing HR policies, procedures, and managing payroll across 20 countries.
Responsible for all aspects of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing across all client groups in the UK. Supervision of HR Co-Ordinator’s in recruitment activities and their development. Also provided support to HR Business Partners on employee relations and project work.
