- Direct report to the E-commerce Director Northern Europe leading a team of 10 - Driving the strategic agenda for the Northern Europe e-commerce growth plan, continuously monitoring key initiatives and identifying new opportunities to accelerate digital growth - Leading the quarterly commercial planning process for the e-commerce, aligning trading, marketing and operational initiatives to achieve revenue and performance targets - Operations Lead for BE, CH, and NO e-commerce warehouses, overseeing business execution and driving process optimization - Implementation of an AI-powered chatbot to enhance customer support and increase customer satisfaction and NPS - Launch of an omnichannel gift card solution in Germany and Austria to strengthen cross-channel integration and enhance customer experience - Implementation of DHL locker stations in Germany and a digital return portal in Switzerland, Belgium and Norway to improve operational efficiency and customer convenience
- Direct report to the E-commerce Director Northern Europe leading a team of 8 across two functions (E-commerce Trading & Content) - Responsible for the commercial performance and optimisation of eight Pandora estores and two brand sites across the Northern Europe cluster including content strategy, trading planning and execution to deliver an optimized digital customer journey - Implementation of all local ecom activities, initiatives and commercial execution in close relation with Marketing, Merch, Sales Ops and Analytics to meet KPI and performance goals - Implementation of our global e-commerce strategy and projects in close coordination with the global digital marketing and ecom business units - Successfully launched 2022 two new e-commerce stores in CH and BE including warehouse setup and operational processes within a three-month timeframe - Responsible for all SEO and Affiliate Marketing activities with the aim of increasing traffic and e-commerce sales
