Leading the X-functional global teams managing hematology asset strategy and life management
Responsible for building strategy and supporting Global launch and execution of Obizur, a rpFVIII product designed to treat Acquired hemophilia, along with lifecycle management of the molecule. In addition my responsibilities include the broader portfolio in terms of tender management, building digital excellence, strategic plan development, and Commercial portfolio guidance to countries.
This role was in addition to Commercial Lead for Obizur and Portfolio in Inhibitors
Developing the Global Marketing strategy for FEIBA (Hemophilia), whilst supporting execution at country level of Global strategy.
Working in the newly formed International Organisation, I work with countries and global in executing programmes for our strategy.
Responsible for optimizing the Bioscience portfolio of products within the Emerging Markets.
