- You must be able to demonstrate an enthusiasm for supporting innovation and delivering excellent patient experience, contributing to the overall efficient and effective running of the dispensary - To support with maintaining efficient housekeeping duties - To monitor Presecription Tracking System and advise the senior dispensary technicians on prioritization - To receive prescriptions and other requests into the pharmacy, to answer the dispensary telephone according to the agreed procedures, and deal with straightforward problems - To collate, file and prepare for archiving completed prescriptions and request forms according to dispensary procedures - To replenish dispensary sundries such as bottles and cartons and order stock and carry out routine stocktaking, monitor stock levels, and maintain correct stock levels
- You are responsible, not only for yourself, but also for children. You will be a role model for the summer, looking after kids from 5-15 years old and making sure that they are safe and having fun (Leadership, Organisational Skills) - You will have to get them to activities on time, make sure they have a shower (Punctuality) - Build on your confidence in dealing with a variety of different situations (confidence) - Counsellors will be in charge of leading groups of children at camp, whether it is in activities or just generally. They will also have to work within a team of counsellors, in large groups and smaller groups. They will be with these people 24 hours a day for 9 weeks and there is nowhere to hide! So making friends and working as a team, is unavoidable! (Leadership, Teamwork, Communication skills) - Counsellors often have to think on their feet. They could be teaching an activity and it starts raining, or they are playing a game that the kids aren’t engaging with; and suddenly have to come up with something else to keep the kids entertained (Creativity, Problem-solving, Adaptability)
