The project's value ranges from R4 million to R200 million, including government buildings, tertiary institutions, housing, and conversions. All projects were completed. Development and implementation of the COVID-19-ready Workplace Plan before the reintroduction of employees into the workplace. Ensure close monitoring of the plan post-re-opening. Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols as issued and those identified in the risk and hazard assessments. Ensure all appropriate COVID-19 forms are completed and reviewed Provide safe equipment including personal protective equipment, where necessary in accordance with the government. Advise were instances of non-compliance with social distancing, respiratory etiquette and hygiene rules are observed. Report to COVID-19 Compliance Manager as appropriate.
