Manage the training and development department for the group. Schedule and manage/facilitate soft skill training to staff, middle and senior management, for all business units. Oversee the research and development of training courses to deliver technical training for all civil and construction employees and the development of "On the job" skills application and performance. Develop tools to assist in the accurate assessment of employees in various technical positions.
