- Responsibility for the entire Austrian food retail and cash & carry market - Beer, spirits, soft drinks, wine - Promotional planning - Product listings - Assortment expansions - Sales responsibility/Budget responsibility
- Responsible for 6 stores - Personnel manager of 120 employees - Responsible for KPIs (personnel costs, inventories, sales, productivity, etc.) - Liaison with Facility Management
