PTH (PT Holding B.V.) is the holding company of the VONROC and FERM brands. Furthermore, PTH is the strategic partner of Albert Heijn for the development of their BLUE Home line. VONROC is a D2C e-commerce company operating in the categories water, tools, home and garden. We develop all our products under our own VONROC label while simultaneously building a unique cross-border tech infrastructure to engage directly with 450 million potential European consumers. Since 2017, the FERM brand has been exclusively sold in Action stores across all European countries where Action operates. We develop exclusive products for Action in the categories of power tools, hobby tools, and garden watering products.
