As Global L&D Initiatives Senior Manager I am currently working in a great international position with the privilege of working with BCG's thought leaders and helping to transform our proprietary knowledge into effective learning resources for our staff worldwide.
As Learning & Development Manager I have a dual role consisting of a more developmental element: driving program agenda, developing new program content and improving our L&D processes and a more executional element: preparing training programs and content materials and hosting BCG's Global Project Leader and Partner trainings.
Initiative development, special programs development, execution and implementation of key initiatives and cross functional operating models and projects throughout the region.
- Implementation of a large reorganization with an important people component - Monitoring and managing projects throughout the organization and portfolio - Developing business plans and project proposal for new products and organizational departments - Strategy definition and implementation - Alignment of processes, tools and templates
Manager in the People and Organization team of EY Advisory. Worked on several large transformation projects focusing on process improvement and organizational design in EMEIA. Seconded for 2 years to the EMEIA and Global organizations to implement our Global Advisory strategy, including the development of a regional L&D plan.
