Project managing internal (global, regional and local scope) strategic projects in a B2B SaaS environment involving Salesforce CRM, back office teams, commercial teams (sales/account management) and customer service. This includes ownership and design of the project management plan, impact assessment, coordination of User Acceptance Testing, training and communication delivery both pre- and post launch, and more.
Secondment role for 9 months, supporting the Change Management team as project coordinator during the acceleration of the rollout of new CRM software for frontline agents in EMEA, APAC and North America.
Managing daily operations and coaching the Strategic Accounts team of travel consultants.
