As permanent employee of Logica I successfully performed in a variety of different roles.
Act as the primary integration representative of the team for all vendors, project managers and client. Reviewing all interface and functional specifications and ensure they were compliant with their counterpart. Plan and manage an integration build schedule of components within the programme taking into consideration the complex inter-dependencies and availability between each component and non-Logica delivered components. Handover of the different builds stage to the test manager and ensure all OR’s are investigated in a sensible manner. Assist the delivery director in identifying the correct approach, strategy, work breakdown, estimates, resource skills and organisation to accurately plan the delivery across all phases of the project.

Responsible for managing the different teams that were executing the project. The forms migration was outsourced to Netik who had an onsite team, while the other tasks were being executed by different ING teams within the Infrastructure and application departments.
Reporting to the KPNGB IT manager, I managed the delivery of a broad scope of projects (up to 10 projects) from KPNGB perspective.
