De Account Manager staat eenvoudigweg in voor het sturen en het ultra-gemotiveerd houden van zijn team – mijn team dus. Ik hou mij 24/24 bezig met de buitendienst, wat inhoudt dat ik de bestaande klanten opvolg en prospecteer naar nieuwe klanten. Ik ben streng maar rechtvaardig als het aankomt op het onderhandelen van de contracten maar meegaand om mijn klantenrelaties te onderhouden. Elke dag ga ik intens op zoek naar de beste vacatures zodat mijn team de perfecte match kan realiseren. Het schaap met vijf poten of de witte raaf op de juiste stek plaatsen is mijn doel.

The role of a QC’er is to maintain a high end state quality of the listings. A QC’er must have an excellent understanding of policy and an attention to detail as well as the ability to juggle tasks as you can be QCing in several different workflows in a short succession of time. A successful QC’er is open to policy changes, adapts quickly to clarifications and be able to give detailed feedback in evals.You will be expected to partake in monthly quizzes and weekly case studies.
I started working as a Sales Representative where I was responsible for promoting and selling company movies and websites to self-employees. One day in the week, I had to stay at the office to make my own appointments for the rest of the week, which gave me phonecall-experience and the experience of cold-calling. Then, I was on my own visiting the appointments where I learned to be social, being persuasive and especially be commercial. I had my own region which was the whole Belgian Coast. Once you made a deal, I was also responsible for the contracts, leasing with the banks, and all the other problems or questions the customers may have.
