I help companies make better decisions about the technology and vendors they rely on. My background is in strategic sourcing and IT procurement, where I work on things like vendor evaluation, large RFPs, and enterprise negotiations. My work is centered around taking complex buying decisions, specifically around AI tools, enterprise software, and professional services, and breaking them down so leadership can see and understand the tradeoffs between cost, capability, and long-term risk. A few areas I spend a lot of time on: Evaluating and selecting enterprise technology vendors Running structured RFP processes Negotiating commercial terms and enterprise agreements Breaking down pricing models and cost drivers More recently, a lot of that work has involved AI agreements and evaluating various AI products. My goals have been to understand where these tools actually create value, how to evaluate them against real business needs and risks, and how to structure deals that make sense as the technology evolves.
