As the Group CEO at Cavendish Maxwell, I oversee the strategic direction, growth, and operations of the regional business. My core competencies include estate management, appraisal, leases, business development, and franchising, as well as being a RICS and RERA Registered Valuer. I have a proven track record of expanding the Cavendish Maxwell brand and network in the MENA region, securing and managing key accounts, and leading large-scale projects and transactions. My mission is to leverage my extensive industry knowledge, network, and expertise to provide unparalleled customer service, innovative solutions, and value-added advice to clients across the real estate spectrum.
I am responsible for business development and implementation of real estate advisory services in the Northern Gulf including Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar. I have approximately 18 years Middle Eastern experience having worked in Bahrain, Egypt, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar and the UAE advising on the full range of property disciplines including agency, development feasibility, investment, facilities and property management and valuation. With effect from mid 2015, I have been responsible for heading the Middle East Capital Markets offering sourcing investment opportunities for Middle Eastern investors on an international basis.
