Weiliang is a firm believer in accumulating wealth through property investment. He received a Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) study award and graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with an Honours Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2007. Upon completion of his bond in the SAF, he went on to pursue his passion in real estate by joining one of the reputable real estate agencies in Singapore. As a salesperson, he consistently delivered good performances and regularly received accolades such as the Top Producer Award presented by his company. In 2015, Weiliang founded Property Avenue Pte Ltd which focus on local and overseas property investment opportunities. In an effort to constantly upgrade himself and value add to his business, Weiliang is also pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in his free time and is currently a CFA Level 2 candidate.
