With more than 15 years of functional and managerial work experience in various roles involving program & project management, business process re-engineering, business development, corporate communications, marketing as well as training and development, I have demonstrated excellent ability to work with and manage multi-disciplinary teams across challenging projects and roles in various countries in Asia. I currently lead project management in Cigna Singapore. Previously with Prudential, Accenture Consulting and Aon APAC Health Solutions, I was focused on solving problems and creating value for different client organizations and responsible for the delivery of new service capabilities across Asia Pacific. I am constantly looking for opportunities to grow professionally and for new work challenges to stretch and hone my ability to manage teams across multi-cultural environments and business situations. In particular, I am very keen to explore a regional career based in Singapore that can allow me to contribute my knowledge, expertise and skills in program management and strategic planning.
