As a Flight Operations Agent at Çelebi, I am currently responsible for the following key duties: ⚖️ Weight & Balance 01.Preparing Load Plans, Load Sheets, and NOTOCs in strict compliance with operational weight limitations, including Zero Fuel Weight (ZFW) and Takeoff Weight (TOW). 02.Filing Local ATC Flight Plans accurately and within required timelines. 03.Liaising with airlines' Dispatch teams regarding Operational Flight Plans (OFPs). 04.Supporting Dispatch teams by providing up-to-date TAF and METAR reports for the airport of operation. 05.Coordinating with operational departments including Traffic, Check-in, and Baggage Management to ensure seamless ground operations. 06.Liaising with the Cargo department regarding cargo documentation and handling requirements. 07.Transmitting all operational messages — including LDM and CPM — in a timely and accurate manner. 🔄Turnaround Coordination 01.Coordinating all turnaround activities — including cleaning, catering, offloading, loading, fueling, disembarkation, and boarding — ensuring on-time performance while upholding the highest safety standards. 02.Liaising with operational third parties, including Airport Authorities and Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, to streamline and support efficient flight operations. 03.Managing and completing all post-departure documentation accurately.
Load Control and Balance 01.I performed weight and balance calculations for Boeing 737-9Max ,Airbus 220-300 , De-Havilland Dash 8-400 aircraft, ensuring optimal load distribution for safe and efficient flight operations. 02.I prepared and issued Load Sheets and Load Plans, coordinating with flight crews and ground teams to maintain accurate weight distribution. 03.I utilized Load Control System(Crane DCS W&B) to streamline load planning and documentation processes . 04.I ensured adherence to aircraft limitations,fuel planning and Centre of Gravity(CG) requirements for safe take-offs and landings .
I worked at the airline's Operations Control Center(OCC) ,Check-In Counter and Ramp .
