As an independent management consultant, I provide project-based strategic advice to Heylen Warehouses on the acquisition of new locations and the leasing of its development portfolio in the Netherlands. Within these assignments, I analyze market opportunities, assess investment potential, and advise on sustainable growth strategies in logistics and semi-industrial real estate. My work is carried out independently and tailored to each project’s specific objectives.
Co-responsible of the agency activities for the service line Industrial & Logistics in the Rotterdam region of the Netherlands. Our team assists property owners and users with the rental, lease, sale, purchase and or renovation of their (new) business location.
The Excellence Program is a development programme for Young Professionals within Cushman & Wakefield. For a year, we worked on several organisation-wide strategic challenges, got acquainted with all of the organisation's disciplines and departments, and acted as a think tank in concretising and realising the organisation's strategic ambitions.
