The IBM Sales & Distribution (S&D) Summit Program is an elite university hire program focused on recruiting recent top MBA, MS and BS graduates for client-facing sales and information technology specialist positions. As part of the intensive development program, university hires are introduced to a consultative sales approach through the innovative and award-winning IBM Global Sales School. For 12 weeks, university hires undertake a practical mix of classroom training, e-learning, project simulations, and individual career support to ensure the development of advanced sales leadership skills. The S&D Summit Program provides additional 6 months of product specialty and hands-on technical training to Brand Sales Representatives following IBM Global Sales School.
