With over 25 years of experience in leading sales and channel teams in the APJ region, I am passionate about delivering value to customers and partners in the fields of cybersecurity, edge computing and enterprise cloud. As a Regional Vice President, I have overseen the strategy, execution, and growth of our business across the Asia Pacific and Japan, working with a diverse and talented team of professionals. My core competencies include new business development, key account management, customer and partner relationship management, and operational excellence. I have consistently achieved and exceeded the revenue and profitability targets, ranging from USD 5M to USD 75M, while managing the P&L, GM, and EBIT of the region. I have also built and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring transparency, honesty, and customer advocacy.
