Accountable for the effective delivery of a portfolio of projects and modifications on, and for, the BP Bruce, Andrew and Magnus North Sea assets. Responsibility for project team representation at asset management level and effective communication with, and performance management of, the incumbent EPC contractor in delivering project portfolio requirements. Accountable for partner communications, budget setting and management and on-time gate readiness.
Providing programme management and project management support to the Haewene Brim FPSO refurbishment and Brynhild Project upgrade during it's dry docking in Nigg. Contractor management for project delivery and client facing position for issue resolution and progress reporting.
Bridge Linked Platform (Circa £50m) – Development of execution plan, estimate and schedule for modifications to the Lomond asset to accept a new bridge linked platform inclusive of hook up and commissioning of the new asset. Additional Accommodation (Circa £40m) – FEED delivery and project readiness for additional 40 bed accommodation. Detailed design KO April 2013 Flotel Landing Platform – Installation of landing platform and associated modifications to accept flotel required for implementation of above projects. Installation ongoing.
Accountable for the safe, timely and effective delivery of all engineering and construction works on the BG owned Everest asset during the 2011-12 Flotel campaign. The campaign, consisting of 4 discreet projects, multiple operational modifications and a 45 day shutdown totalling circa 70,000 implementation man-hours. Co-ordination of projects and discipline community and client focal point for delivery, personnel and contractual issues and reporting.
Accountability for delivery of multiple project scopes totalling circa £15m per year. Client single point of contact, circa 20 offshore and 25 onshore personnel.
