Played a role in the development of Class A multi-family developments in NYC, facilitating site visits and supporting the Project Manager in assimilating and structuring critical financial and operational data. Conducted complex financial modeling tasks using Excel, aiding in the detailed analysis and underwriting of potential deals to fuel the firm's growth strategy. Developed and assisted on pitch decks to present potential deals to prospective investors, utilizing data analysis and market insights to illustrate investment merits and potential returns, thereby facilitating successful deal closures. Proactively collaborated in sourcing funding opportunities for a burgeoning credit fund, liaising with potential investors and presenting promising investment avenues. I had the privilege of working with some of the brightest minds during my time here. The incredible environment here significantly shaped my work ethic and professional growth, and was a large catalyst for launching my first venture.
