Founder & CEO at Squawker | AI Sales Agent Platform for Live Customer Demand

About

I’m the Founder & CEO of Squawker, an AI Sales Agent Platform built to help businesses answer, qualify, route, attribute, and follow up on live customer demand across calls, messages, and sales workflows. My background sits at the intersection of product, dealership technology, websites, lead management, and customer communication. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve led products from concept to market, worked closely with OEM leadership teams and dealerships, and helped turn complex operational problems into practical, scalable technology. Dealerships have been part of my life long before my career. I grew up around them: my father was a dealership manager, and my mother worked in dealerships before later joining Mercedes-Benz. That early exposure shaped how I think about customer intent, operational pressure, and the importance of giving teams the right context at the right moment. Squawker was created to solve a problem I’ve seen first-hand: mobile-first buyers still call, but too many high-intent conversations disappear before they are qualified, attributed, routed, followed up, or properly understood. I’m focused on building technology that creates action, not noise.

Squawker is an AI Sales Agent Platform that helps businesses answer, qualify, route, attribute, and follow up on live customer demand across calls, messages, and sales workflows. As Founder & CEO, I lead the company’s product vision, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and customer development. Squawker was created to solve a gap I have seen first-hand across 15+ years in dealership digital, website technology, and lead management: phone calls remain one of the strongest signals of buying intent, but too often they are the least understood part of the customer journey. Built alongside my co-founder and Chairman, Gordon Bridge, Squawker helps dealerships, dealer groups, OEM networks, franchise businesses, and multi-location teams turn live conversations into structured, actionable demand.
