Hi, my name is Nick Hibbard and I am a Junior at in the University of Missouri. I'm pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration with a dual emphasis in Finance and Real Estate. I am also on track to receive a minor in Economics. I am passionate about the financial and operational side of business, and am eager to apply my academic knowledge in practical settings. Currently, I am a member of the Cornell Leadership Program within the Trulaske College of Business. I participate in site visits to various companies, engaging with employees and executives to gain insights into effective leadership practices and organizational culture. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the business landscape and strengthened my skills as an aspiring business leader. I recently served as my fraternity's scholarship chair. I worked with incoming and active members to monitor and improve overall academic performance. I coordinated with University of Missouri staff and the Alpha Tau Omega Gamma Rho Board of Trustees to direct the allocation of scholarship funds.
