My background is a mix of Psychology, business, and hands-on operational experience. On paper it might look scattered, but the through line has always been the same: I'm drawn to work that involves people, process, and problem-solving. At UC Merced I studied Psychology while staying active in Alpha Kappa Psi, a professional business fraternity where I got real exposure to recruiting, leadership, and professional development. Before that, I spent a year in parking operations at SAP Center which taught me more about staying calm under pressure and communicating clearly. I'm early in my career and still building. But I bring genuine curiosity, a willingness to do the unglamorous work, and a natural ability to connect with people across different personalities and backgrounds. I'm most interested in roles that sit at the intersection of people and operations like talent acquisition, HR coordination, case management, or business operations. Anywhere that values both analytical thinking and human connection. If you're looking for someone polished with ten years of experience, I'm not your person yet. But if you value potential, work ethic, and someone who takes their growth seriously then I'd love to connect.
Managed high volume parking operations for a 17,500 seat arena, directing thousands of vehicles per event with near zero incident rates. Reduced entry/exit bottlenecks by coordinating real time traffic flow across multiple zones which was directly improving guest satisfaction during sold-out events. Handled daily cash revenues with 100% accuracy, building the accountability and precision required in high stakes operational environments. Developed rapid fire communication skills managing crowd dynamics under pressure which is a skillset I've carried into every professional environment since.
