• Responsible for the control of the monthly financial statements of a total of 42 Greek entities under the Greek holding company to be uploaded & consolidated in the centralized ERP system at Group level. • Preparation of the 10-years’ company business plan aligned with Group Reporting Standards and timelines on a standalone & consolidated basis. • Preparation of the annual budget, rolling forecasts and revisions. • Control of various transactions operated in SAP.
• Preparation of the main financial statements in compliance with the I.F.R.S. Consolidation at Group level. • Preparation of the annual budget financial statements. Close control of actual figures vs. budget. • Preparation of Business Plans & Cash Flow Forecasts for various time periods. • Monitoring company debt and managing communication with lenders. • Preparation of presentations for the B.O.D. meetings and executive committees. • Ad-hoc Projects (Impairment Test on Goodwill, Cost of Swap Unwinding etc).
• Informing clients about Subsidized Investment Programs in the market (Grants). • Preparing business plans for new companies (SMEs) entering the market and / or revising business plans. • Monitoring and controlling the process, CRM consulting.
