Key Responsibilities Contract management of open space service providers Development of strategic five year plans for open space contracts Development of seasonal programs for sports fields and high profile contracts totaling $275K annually Management of project budgets totaling $500K annually Key stakeholder management both internally and externally Quality monitoring and assurance
The Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust Spanning across Melbourne, The GMCT oversees the management of eighteen cemeteries. Whilst being a non for profit organisation, the GMCT employs 200 full time employees compromising of both business management and operational staff. Key Responsibilities Full management of 30 full time employees and casual labour staff including recruitment,training,inductions and performance reviews Intimate knowledge of relevant acts and governance regulations for the cemetery industry. Full financial management of Capital Expenditure,Opertaional and Project Budgets. Project Management including scopes,briefs,milestone reporting Operational and Business Unit annual planning. Developing and Implementation of quality monitoring and assurance programs. Development of operational policies and procedures. Key stakeholder management both internally and externally
