About

I’m Nick, CEO of Conversation24, father of two daughters, skier and hiker. I’m also a morning person, that’s when my thinking is clearest. I build companies that scale through small teams and large networks. At Conversation24 I built an AI platform serving enterprise clients like KPN, Randstad, Allianz and Sonova across 13 countries. Backed by Dutch investors with €5M in funding. To build it, I needed engineers, fast, good, affordable. Local recruitment didn't work. So over the years I built a 100% remote development team. At peak, 30 developers across Eastern Europe, Brazil and Egypt. 50% cheaper than the same team in the Netherlands, and more loyal and harder working than most people I had in-house before. That experience and network is what other companies started asking for. So I started Leine Connect. Leine Connect places remote developers for scale-ups, agencies and engineering teams that need to grow without losing six months to recruitment. Built on the network and standard I developed while building my own team. We run the search.
