Mr. Zhao studied Larry Abraham's treasured ideas through conversations and reading his books "Dare Call it Conspiracy" and the Greening"." During these years, Mr. Abraham inspired Zhao to become an economist and conservative thinker to change the world for greater prosperity. Under the inspiration of Milton Friedman and Chicago Boys.: Mr. Zhao attended the University of Chicago. After graduation, Mr. Zhao remained in Chicago and became as a researcher and editor for Booth School of Business and the Milton Friedman Economic Institute.
