Franchise Advisory Council (FAC) member is a position in which only five franchise owners are awarded the opportunity to help lead and represent all of the franchisees in the United States and Canada. The mission of the Franchise Advisory Council is to represent Quiznos Unit Franchisees at the executive level. This provides the franchisees with the opportunity to share their opinions and ideas with their franchisor. These opinions and ideas are considered when the future direction of both short- and long-term goals of the Brand are formulated. We function as a liaison between franchisees in the USA/Canada and corporate, helping where possible to improve the system by getting franchisees feedback and share upcoming changes and opportunities with REGO Restaurant Group's Leadership. We meet at least once quarterly to go over upcoming projects, review franchisee’s feedback and help align initiatives of the global franchise to meet the needs of the franchisee community.
