Nick Ratcliffe bought his first business in 1984 and during his 30 years career he has had both overall charge and responsibility for small businesses and headed departments in larger organisations, culminating in spending 4 years as Sales Director of a plc. He brings a number of skills, talents and attributes to the team, most notably that of being able to enter an organisation and clearly evaluate its areas of strength and identify those areas where it is not so strong, whether it be in its operational strategies and processes or in its people. As an experienced analytical and strategic thinker, he can create and deliver new initiatives where he can see a gap for them and bring improvement to existing procedures where they are required. In the mid 90’s Nick’s first opportunity to experience the power of developing a business through franchising was as Sales Director of Close Encounters plc where he and his team sold 17 franchise territories at £25,000 in the first 12 months. Since then he has had experience as a franchisee himself and ultimately went on to franchising his own business in 2006-09. Having seen the franchise model used for business expansion from all sides over some 25 years he brings a wealth of experience to the Morgan Blake Solutions team. Then, in 2023, Nick found the most delightful franchise, and decided to buy it for himself. Motorhome Depot. He currently works in Torbay, the English Riviera. Nick has a gift for being able to understand the nature of people in their individual process, how they relate to each other and the nature of group dynamics. He believes that we need to realise our potential for excellence and has a fascination for what motivates us and ultimately how we create our lives from moment to moment. This plays a huge part in working with Motorhome owners in the Torbay Area, Those wanting to purchase a new Motorhome or sell their existing one.
