I worked at Positive, a digital agency in Bristol who focus 100% on effectiveness. Responsible for running the largest projects in the agency and for building strong client relationships. I am also responsible for a lot of operational activities, including quoting, resourcing and process improvements. We run different projects in different ways, depending on a number of things such as type, size and what the client prefers (agile/waterfall). Some of the clients I have been working with include the RNLI, The Children's Society, Climate Group, Mytime Active and Millfield School. As a digital agency we offer different services such as digital strategy, creative, UX as well as tech. We use open source technology and have experts in Drupal and Wordpress – but we don't limit ourselves to platforms and try to find the right one for each project.
(Previously SiftGroups) Working as a Project Manager on full build web projects right through from the initial research and discovery phase, through UX, design and development. Having worked with Drupal since January 2009 I have a strong understanding of the capabilities of the platform (Drupal 5, 6 and 7) and what it takes to deliver successful projects on budget and on time. I have worked with a large number of clients, including Sustrans, Business in the Community, Carers Trust, VW Financial Services (VWFS), Stroke Association, British Science Association, British Psychological Society, CIMA, NCVO, RCOG, Ascent Publishing, Euromoney.
