Started in the Plumb Up divistion putting together gas and oil seperators. Promoted to the shipping and receiving department were I checked all part to ensure they met specs and received into system. Promoted to Production Scheduler were I kept in contact with inside sales and opened jobs to meet OTD for our customers. I issued all material to these jobs. When they were complete I would make sure everything was issued and close jobs for the cost accountant.
I scheduled all residential heating and air conditioning jobs. I would purchase all equipment and material needed for these jobs. After the jobs were completed I would invoice and close out. I would assist in AP/AR when needed. I would also schedle service calls when help to answer phones were needed.
