With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve recently transitioned into the world of F&B consultancy, bringing a deep understanding of operational excellence and guest experience to the design table. I’m currently part of the Food & Beverage team at a global architectural design firm, where I lead projects across EMEA - specialising in stadia and large-scale venue design and strategy. My role spans project leadership, spatial planning, F&B concept and strategy development, and aligning design with client goals, strategic data analysis to drive decisions with focus on enhancing operational efficiency, and boosting revenue generation.
