I’m a Senior Talent Acquisition leader with 10+ years’ experience building and delivering technical hiring across high-growth environments. At Roku, I’ve been part of the EMEA growth from an early stage, scaling Engineering and Commercial teams across the UK, Europe, and APAC. I’ve led the EMEA TA team, managed and developed recruiters across regions, and partnered closely with Director, VP/SVP stakeholders on hiring strategy and execution. My role sits across both leadership and delivery — I’m comfortable setting direction, improving processes, and driving team performance, while still being hands-on in complex or high-impact hiring. Before moving in-house, I built and scaled specialist recruitment functions across Data, AI, and Software Engineering, working with both start-ups and global organisations. I’ve hired across Software Engineering, Embedded, AI, Data, Product, and Commercial roles, with a focus on quality, pace, and building teams that scale properly.
