Initially the Chief Commercial Officer but quickly moved into CEO position. dnata Singapore is one of only two Ground Handlers at Changi and the business spans Cargo, Catering, Lounges and Ground Handling. The role has a regional perspective and i also held the position of Deputy Managing Director for GAHCO - the Ramp Handler at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. Furthermore i was a director for 2 sister companies - MMI (Singapore) and Emirates Leisure Retail (Singapore). Both companies had F&B outlets at the airport.
dnata has responsibility for all Ground Handling activities at DXB. I led the 14,000 person workforce that delivered this full suite of services to OAL carriers, and all below-the-wing activities and CLC support for Emirates. This unit also managed the 1 million plus PRM passengers that use DXB. I was a Family Assistance Director within the Crisis Response Unit at Emirates.
