• Leading the company's operational strategy across multiple sites in the EU and USA, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and the services offered by the company’s technology. • Production of Drones and other Payloads. • Monitoring the quality of products, conducting ATP procedures post assembly, identifying, and resolving production problems within a timely manner. • Inventory management, Drone fleet management, materials, and supplies procurement according to BOM, working with sub-contractors.
• Conducting SW/HW integration, test flights, experiments, and operations as part of the R&D Engineering Team, contributing to development goals and milestones. • Providing technical support to field teams, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and offer guidance on best practices. • successfully executing complex projects, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining equipment and infrastructure.
Analyze, supervise and manage all Laboratory Department activities. Provide and perform access to laboratory personnel for consultation and determine operational troubles in timely manner. Perform responsibility of Laboratory Document Control. Manage laboratory inventory, storage and supplies usage. Manage and resolve administrative and technical problems.
Monitor and analyze the companys various products. Test devices for improvement, safety, and quality control. Repair broken equipment and wiring. Perform and analyze tests to track results and make improvements.
