Project Management of site fit out of commercial developments within the leisure and retail sectors.
With over 25 years' experience in fit outs, signage and design, I am now specialising as a fit out project manager to take the stress out of the work for contractors and clients. My aim is to make the projects run smoothly and as efficiently as possible, to ensure that your coffee shop, restaurant, bar, retail outlet etc is ready to open on time, within budget and looking fantastic. My project management skills include leadership, communication, planning, time management, risk management, negotiation and a vast knowledge of the leisure and retail sectors.
